		<description>A good guiding principle would be to ask yourself how would YOU like to be treated? It&#039;s all about mutual respect. 

Wow. Maybe I&#039;m just especially emotional these days, but this moved me. I love it. I&#039;m an aspiring CEO, still a sole prop but its great advice for the future, and made me think if I don&#039;t have employees to nurture, I better take care of myself!!

Or, if nothing else, I should apply for a job at HMA.
